I found this dress in a bargain bin at a second hand shop and immediately fell in love! It is a bit long for me, but I really wanted to wear it today and I didn’t have time to hem it so I hitched it up a bit with a belt. I quite liked the baggy effect - so I might not bother hemming it now. Hmm!Oh, and I've well and truly learned that: Dresses + Windy days = Bad!
