Brighton Christians on trial for pro-life demonstration

Please pray for Andy Stephenson and Kathryn Sloane as they face criminal charges for peacefully demonstrating outside a Brighton abortion clinic.

Their trial began yesterday (12th September) and continues until next week.

Please could you pray:

• for their legal team, Michael Phillips and Paul Diamond, that they would present the evidence clearly and persuasively
• for wisdom for District Judge Nicholson, the magistrate hearing the evidence
• for protection and comfort for Andy and Kathryn as they go through the trial

Andy and Kathryn were arrested last year for showing pictures of aborted babies near the Wistons BPAS abortion clinic. They are being charged under the Public Order Act.

The images are accurate depictions of the results of abortion. As such, they present a reality which many people are unaware of.
